I still didn't receive my order. Is there a tracking number?
We ship all orders via USPS First-Class Mail®. Because of this, tracking is not always available. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you. We kindly ask for your patience, especially during busy holiday periods, as shipping may take longer than usual.
How do I request a custom order?
You can request a custom order by leaving us a message through our contact form, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. You may also place a custom order using this link, but please contact us by message or email before purchasing.
If you have a specific design in mind, please include an image or reference photo (PNG or JPG format), along with as many details. This helps us better understand your vision and create exactly what you’re looking for.
I had trouble applying my decal and ruined it during the application process. What can I do to fix this?
If you experience any difficulties applying your decal, please contact us at craftyloo72@gmail.com. In your message, kindly include a photo of the damaged decal and a brief explanation of the issue so we can properly troubleshoot. Upon review, we will provide a replacement along with detailed application instructions.
For best results, please ensure that the surface is thoroughly cleaned prior to application.
